In 2022, I began meeting with a group of men, this meeting started the beginning of Iron Sharpens Iron Mens Support Group. This group meets each month on the second Saturday of the month. I am excited on how this group has grown and how it continues to grow and what is being accomplished through each meeting. This group is open to all men and young men in the local Bryan College Station area, this group will soon meet virtually in the near future. We meet and discuss various topics such as mental health, physical health, self improvement, self care, family realtionships, work and life balance and so much more. There is no judgement and what is discussed in the group stays in the group. More to share in the future as this group continues to grow and expand.
